Two adolescents fatally injured following vehicle collision in Northumberland.

Two teenagers have tragically lost their lives and three others have sustained serious injuries in a car accident that took place in Cramlington, Northumberland.

According to Northumbria police, 18-year-old Connor Lapworth was pronounced dead at the scene, while 15-year-old Corey Mavin suffered head injuries and passed away later in the hospital.

The collision involved a Suzuki Vitara, a Range Rover Evoque, and a Ford Focus on Friday.

Both deceased teenagers and two of the seriously injured individuals were traveling in the Suzuki.

A 36-year-old woman in the Range Rover also suffered serious injuries, while the driver of the Ford Focus remained unharmed.

Northumbria police expressed their condolences, stating: “Our thoughts are with the families of the two young individuals who have lost their lives. We will provide them with all the necessary support and kindly request that their privacy is respected during this difficult time.”
