Man confesses to involvement in incidents of ‘clamp-castration’

A guilty plea at the Old Bailey is in relation to an alleged plot involving the publication of videos on a website known as the “eunuch maker.” The individual admitted to participating in a scheme of extreme body modification referred to as “castration by clamping.” The defendant, Ion Ciucur, a 29-year-old Romanian residing in Gretna Green, Scotland, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm. According to the prosecutor, Caroline Carberry KC, the offense pertains to two incidents in July 2019 involving “castration by clamping.” These incidents are part of a broader conspiracy that involves a total of 29 offenses of extreme body modifications on 13 victims, including the trade and removal of body parts, as well as the uploading of videos. Marius Gustavson, who is believed to be the leader of the conspiracy, is accused of performing castrations and publishing the footage on his subscription-based “eunuch maker” website. Three other men have previously admitted to taking part in the removal of body parts belonging to Gustavson. Gustavson’s alleged “right-hand man,” Peter Wates, has also pleaded guilty to conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm. The defendants are said to be part of a society where individuals voluntarily undergo extreme body modification, specifically genital nullification. They will appear for a further hearing at the Old Bailey on December 19th.
